Trademark Waterproofing

I had a new roof put on the last week in October 2014. The crane that delivered the tiles and/or the truck that held the tiles that were removed from my roof - caused a crack in my driveway from the extreme weight. I've contacted the job foreman (also stated that he was owner)[redacted] at least 5 times since the day we both saw the crack when he picked up final payment, with a promise to have it fixed. It's been 3 months, with no results, long enough to hear something and resolution.
