I am rejecting this response because:
First of all [redacted] is not my dealer. They were a third party that installed the sign. My dealer was a local individual who does nothing but sell items and has never had anything to do with any of our sign repairs. I was told from the installation date that I needed to contact [redacted] with any issues as they held the warranty.This sign has had numerous issues and [redacted] was the company that repaired the majority of them, as they were the only known company at the time. The problem was that [redacted] is on the other side of the State of Florida. Due to the frequent breakdown of the sign, the travel cost to have this company repair the sign each time was tremendous. I called [redacted] to obtain a closer repair company, but they were
unable to supply me with someone and I was told I would need to find
someone myself and then have them contact [redacted] for parts and support. That is how I ended up with [redacted]. I did what I was told to do from [redacted].As far as being informed on November 9, 2017 that the parts were received by [redacted], that is correct. The major issue with that statement is what was not said. It took over 7 months to finally obtain those parts. In the mean time the sign has been inoperable.I will make sure [redacted] contacts [redacted] at the number Mr. [redacted] provided, if additional parts are needed to complete the repair. I would, however, expect replacement parts to be sent out within days of notifying [redacted], not several months.
