Hi Mr [redacted] , The parts needed to resolve the issue with your display were delivered to [redacted] as you requested on November 6, Warranty related issues would normally go through the dealer that sold you the display which is [redacted] ***You've opted not to go through that process however, and instead use your own servicer.Address parts were delivered to: [redacted] ***, FL 3***1From the email thread I was a part of concerning your issue, [redacted] informed you on November 9, that they have received the parts and his team will schedule the parts replacement and advise There were no other correspondence that I was a part of after that timeBecause the warranty for your display only covers parts - which we have provided - and this is being sent to someone other than your dealer, cost and scheduling associated with having a field tech install the provided parts would be your responsibility.Of course if the parts referenced above did not resolve your issue and additional parts are needed, yourself or Gulf State can contact our support department for the additional parts needed to complete the repair.Support: ###-###-####My direct email: [redacted] You may also contact your dealer [redacted] for additional assistance in getting your issue(s) addressed.Thank you, [redacted] Technical Support Manager [redacted] LED

I am rejecting this response because: First of all [redacted] is not my dealerThey were a third party that installed the signMy dealer was a local individual who does nothing but sell items and has never had anything to do with any of our sign repairsI was told from the installation date that I needed to contact [redacted] with any issues as they held the warranty.This sign has had numerous issues and [redacted] was the company that repaired the majority of them, as they were the only known company at the timeThe problem was that [redacted] is on the other side of the State of FloridaDue to the frequent breakdown of the sign, the travel cost to have this company repair the sign each time was tremendousI called [redacted] to obtain a closer repair company, but they were unable to supply me with someone and I was told I would need to find someone myself and then have them contact [redacted] for parts and supportThat is how I ended up with [redacted] ***I did what I was told to do from [redacted] .As far as being informed on November 9, that the parts were received by [redacted] ***, that is correctThe major issue with that statement is what was not saidIt took over months to finally obtain those partsIn the mean time the sign has been inoperable.I will make sure [redacted] contacts [redacted] at the number Mr [redacted] provided, if additional parts are needed to complete the repairI would, however, expect replacement parts to be sent out within days of notifying [redacted] , not several months
