Due to the unforeseen circumstances going on with family right now I am unable to pursue this matter any further and will except the offer given at this time by the company, but for the record I stand by my original complaint and if circumstances were different I would pursue this matter further.

could potentially lead to the repair of a Nuvision TM101A tabletThe amount paid by the customer for this transaction was $$of the total was specifically for the iPad and this item was successfully repairedThe customer was charged $for a diagnostic, which was performed on the NuvisionThis diagnostic concluded a new LCD/Digitizer/Glass was necessaryDue to the manufacturer not producing a replacement LCD for the Nuvision tablet, the repair could not be completedWe offered the customer a $refund since this could not be completedShe did not accept and instead contacted the Revdex.com.The customer claims she was quoted at $for the iPad repair and $for the Nuvision repairThis is not the caseTrader Electronics would not be able to quote an exact price for the Nuvision tablet due to the unknown availability of replacement partsAs stated, the customer was only charged $as a diagnostic fee ($for research and diagnosis, $for labor; should installation occur)Again, this repair was not able to be completedOur price of $for the repair of an iPad is well below our competitors pricingTo our point, we reference the pricing of a nationwide repair chain, ***.Their repair costs can be found online at ***.com and upon selecting "iPad Glass/Digitizer & LCD replacement", you'll see their cost of $If the customer would have gone to Apple directly, she would have had to pay $for the same repair.As noted, we previously offered the customer a $refund since the Nuvision was not able to be repaired, and will increase our refund offer to $with the objective of resolving this issue peacefullyThe customer is welcome to pick up her $refund upon receiving word that this issue is resolvedAs demonstrated, the $paid to repair the iPad was extremely reasonableWe have provided a copy of the receipt with this reply showing that no $70/$price quote was ever provided; instead only that $was paid, the breakdown of which is stated above.We pride ourselves on affordable pricing and clearly the customer received a wonderful price for the service she receivedWe regret not being able to reach resolution immediately with the customer but unfortunately not all issues are immediately resolvableAgain, we appreciate the opportunity to reply to these claims and look forward to a final resolution
