Mr*** agreed to the following as part of the Right of Repossession that he signed, "I agree that in the event that I fail to make any payment or if I fail to maintain full insurance coverage as described in the retail installment contract, then you are authorized by me and have the right to take the vehicle back from me, without the necessity of court order or any judicial process." Mr*** missed multiple payments as defined in the Retail Installment Contract (attached) that he agreed to and signed. Ardi Auto actions were in compliance with the agreement Mr*** made with Ardi Auto Imports

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]After reviewing documents I would like to point out that the check was returned and also had no date on it as they had an agreement on extending the 1,500 deposit. The dates on the receipts are a clear proof of the effort of commitment agreement. The disturbing part of this situation is that the car was sold to him knowing that my husband has a California drivers license and can not obtain an Ohio license as he does not have a valid social security card. Please note that on the contract they have entered his license issued by Ohio which is false. I can provide a copy upon request. I can also provide a copy of my telephone bill with the calls I made to them in effort to come into an agreement after car was repossessed.
