To whom it may concern; I am [redacted] , owner of trader mikes auto salesI have been in buisness at this location for lyearsIts a one man operation I have been in good standing with all my customersIf there is ever a problem I always consider there wishesOn Feburary I sold a isuzu rodeo 4/to a customer for $I was asking $for it but came down for himIt had a small dent in the fender and a small exhaust leak It ran great for the price, after all its wasnt a new vehiclecustomer looked the rodeo over from top to bottom and test drove it for a while, came back and said he would take it like it was the customer accepted the rodeo (as is)I wrote the purchase order out for $plus tax and title,which totaled out to $The customer signed the (as is ) on the purchase order and paid me in full for the rodeo After the customer signed the purchase order he also notorised the titleHe always notorises my titles for me.He ask me (what price do you want me to write on this title for this rodeo?) And I replied, $thats what you paid for it The purchaser said we can put any price on the title,and had his wife { whom is also a notary) put the price on the title.I [redacted] was not the one whom wrote the price on the title, and he as a notary shouldnt have done that and could be in trouble himselfAs a year car salesman I have always made sure the correct price is on the title He had me confused, why would the customer want to put a differant price on the title than he gave for the rodeo.On march I was needing a title notorised and went to the customers housethat purchased the rodeo(WH1CH IS A NOTORY) The customer was in his garage working on the rodeo that he had purchased from trader mikes auto sales, and had it jacked up in the front and back The purchaser was putting a muffler on it and had bought other tires for it which wasnt on the rodeo yetThe purchaser didnt say anything about the frame being badHe checked it all out before buying it Also for someone that is claiming to be handicapped he is always buying cars and fixng them up and resaleing them, I know I have saw him working in his garageThe customer drove the rodeo for weeks before anything was said to me, and he was satisfied with it The customer might have broke something by working on the rodeo and jacking it up putting parts and things on it, because it wasnt like that when it was soldThe customer came to trader mikes auto sales times to do titles in the three weeks he had the rodeo, and was driving it every time he came On march 8, the customer called me at home late at night wanting me to take the rodeo back, and refund all the money he has put in itI offerd to replace it with another vehichle and he wouldnt reason with me and hung up the call on me, and I havent talked to him since that call The customer was very rude to me and to my wifeHe went as far as posting a threating post on my wifes facebook pageWe work hard for every thing we have and dont take anything from anyonewe dont sit on the couch and draw a free check like some people that take advantage of everyone This customer is not a nice person that he claims to be in his letter Thank You Very Much TRADER MIKES AUTO SALES
