Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Yes I went to court and judement was for just over a $Then I see this $on my creditinformationThey filled eviction and I wasn't living thereThey are lying they never provided a reciept for rentHad I not been in contact with Fair Housing I wouldn't have know about thisNow I have no problem taking them to courtI want them to show a Judge a copy of a reciept bookShowing they gave me a receiptThey will never and I mean never get $from meI am so sick of people siding with apartment people and they are just putting people further in debtNot todayNot from me Regards, [redacted]
I apologize in the delay but I wanted to ensure I had all the information gathered [redacted] had applied at our property on 04/12/17, they emailed me on 04/24/that they wanted to cancel their applicationWe agreed to refund their deposit and informed them that they would receive it within daysIn the email dated 04/25/17, they were supposed to give an updated forwarding address and they failed to provide me with one.Therefore, as practice the check was mailed out to the address they provided on the applicationWe sent out the final account statement and the refund check however, both items were returnedThe checks are sent from New Jersey where our corporate office is located and she has reached out to me letting me know she is sending us the check and we should have it by tomorrow, Thursday, July 20, I have reached out to the resident via email to let them know that we will have their checkAgain, we did everything on our end to ensure this refund was processed accordingly.Unfortunately, Cameron Brow failed to provide us with an accurate address so it has elongated the processI have attached copies of the returned envelope.Thank you for your time and please let me know if there is anything else you need from me[redacted]
