Business Response to a Complaint Complaint ID#: [redacted] Company Name: Tradernation Auto Mall Company Contact: [redacted] Company Phone: ###-###-#### Company Email: [redacted] Person Who Sent the Complaint: [redacted] Staff Member: ...

Response: The complaint made against our business is unwarranted and completely untrue. Yes I sold them a vehicle that caught fire 17 months after I sold it to them, they were actually driving it the day they came back to me to purchase the van. They bought the vehicle under "as is" pretext. Fuse box needed repaired after they purchased which I paid to have fixed myself. Her husband wanted rims off a vehicle of mine which I told him if they were the same size he could take. They weren't, he took anyways and I simply asked him to bring back. Husband is completely happy, wife doesn't understand because she was not even there during transaction. Sent on: 9/8/2016 12:11:30 PM

We got retaliated against after he recieved notice of the complaint. He threatened us several times with repossession of the vehicle if we didnt pay him $700 every 2 weeks. It was 10 months after we bought the first one that it caught on fire. My husband had to rig it to get it to work because we still owed money on it and couldnt take it back, according to him. He did pay to have the fuse box fixed, after it caught on fire while at the gas station with my small child in the vehicle and we took it and the keys back to him and told him we wanted no part of it. He then took it upon himself to fix it and offer it back to us. He demanded that I go in and explain myself and apologize for reporting this to the Revdex.com. We got tired of dealing with it with only $608 left owed on it and went to another lot and traded it off. He then started threatening us with him going and getting thhe van back and having them cancel our transaction and reposess our new car. There was also a threat of banning us from his property, which is completely fine. We wont be back there nor will anyone in our family.  No, I wasnt there for the transaction. My husband deals with the financial stuff. But my husband is not happy. He was also not happy with getting text messages while in Oklahoma watching my brother graduate basic training about where our money is going and if we had extra money, instead of going on this trip, why didnt we bring it to him.
