The stock# listed in the ad that this customer came in on was sold before he came into the dealership to purchase itWe tried to accommodate him on another vehicle as close to the vehicle in the adSince this wasn't acceptable to *** ***, I have asked our sales manager to work with him to see

If you read the text of my complaint;the response is not true.  The offer they made was a clasisc bait and switch,  less car value and more money.  Where did the GM loyalty rebate come from?  It is not in the Newsday ad.  This is also false advertising; they should list all the conditions of the lease.

This was not a bait and switch. Please see attached ad which clearly states "all rebates applied" which would include GM loyalty. The ad also expired on May [redacted] and [redacted] came into dealership on May ** so ad was no longer valid. Car had also already been sold on May 9 and delivered May ** as originally stated. However we would be willing to make some exceptions to make a client happy based on the programs currently available by GM and product availability.
