I have indeed followed the correct procedures for moving/check out. All belongings where removed, the room was thoroughly cleaned, returned my key, and checked out with the housing inspection director, which was ([redacted]) at the time. I was also told to do that. And I did not recive any copy of the assessment. Another thing is, I have a typed letter from the Virginia University of Lynchburg, that says I cannot eat in the Cafe and if I do I will be fined, this was a warning. (Paper will be attached) lastly I moved out before January 29th because this is my birth date and I have a witness to prove. In conclusion I have done everything  required in the manual which I have a copy of ; to move off campus, therefore there is no reason for this conflict.
