*** returned to sign contract to purchase selected vehicleBased on sub-prime financing offered to Mr*** the required down payment was Upon interview with Mr*** he notified me that he had $500.00 and his truck for trade-inAfter reviewing his trabased on NADA trade in value he was over value, meaning his pay off was $and cash value $5975.00. Traders Auto worked with Mr*** reducing the price of selected vehicle, offered a payment arrangement witch he agreed to and signedThe selected vehicle was delivered and contracted that day December 18,On Wednesday Dec 27th, I was notified by finance company, CIG Financial that the customer was complaining that there was something was wrong with the vehicleAt that time I was confused as to why the Mr*** did not call me to let me know there was a problem, I would have repaired it immediately to prevent a funding delayI contacted Mr*** with in minutes to find out what the problem was his response was it was making a noiseI asked him to return vehicle right away he said he would not be able to bring it in till Saturday morning days from today 12/17/he was not upset or did not indicate it was major issue but continued to drive the vehicle dailyOn Saturday the 17th @ approximately 10:30am Mr*** arrived at Traders Auto intoxicated and upset talking very loud complaining to my son, at that time I was with another customer having to ask customer to please stand by, so I could talk to Mr*** to find out what was going on? Mr*** was very irate from the start yelling at me and other employees that we were selling junk and many other slandered remarksI ask him to calm down and we would figure this outHe was yelling that he wanted his money backI explained to him that we would have to take the vehicle in to our mechanic to see what the problem was firstAt this point I knew nothing bout what was the problem with the vehicle. Mr*** continued yelling at everyone including is girlfriendThen he started threatening me and my companyAt that point I asked him to leave the car lot and I would have the mechanic look at the vehicle first thing Monday morningAt that point he got very close to me threatening.I then walked away to call the Sheriff that works here on propertyBecause the customer continued to drive the vehicle after knowing there was a problem, this caused additional required repairs. I have text messages saved to prove, I tried to work things out with Mr***. I am still willing to discuss a resolution to this matter. Sincerely, Traders Auto
