Trader's Building Supply

I commissioned Trader's to build me a shed on 4/17/2014. This was one of their standard shed's with one exception, the door had to be cut down to accommodate the header. I was referred by [redacted], the owner of Traders, to [redacted] for the installation on my property. I met with [redacted] and he submitted a bid to me on 4/23/2104. While the shed was being built Mr. [redacted] was very vigilante, checking in periodically with the construction of my shed. Mr. [redacted] had stated to me the first part of May, that he was concerned with how the door was fitting and told me had pointed this out to Mr. [redacted]. The shed was installed on May 16, 2014, at which time I noticed the door. I spoke to Mr. [redacted] and told him I could see daylight all the way around the door. Mr. [redacted] was going on vacation for a week and told me he would try to fix it when he got back. On May 23.2014 Mr. [redacted] adjusted the door as best he could by tightening the hinges (the door was squeeking horribly every time it was opened and closed.) and installing a door sweep to try and keep the subflooring dry from the rain. I spoke to Mr. [redacted] about these issues, his response was he would talk to Mr. [redacted]. On July 6,2014 I spoke to both of them and was told it would be fixed. I called Mr. [redacted] 4 days ago and he said he would get back to me. I called again this morning and he stated he would send out someone as soon as he could, that they were busy. I told him I felt this was poor customer service and he told me I was being unreasonable as I was the only one that had ever complained about his sheds. I asked why would it be unreasonable for me to ask to fix their problem and told him I was going to call the Revdex.com. He said GOODBYE and hung up on me. Mr. [redacted]'s attitude was very unprofessional and not good business practice. Even if it were true, that I was the only customer that had a problem, I would think they would fix the problem no questions asked. I would not recommend this company to anyone who would be looking to buy a shed.
