I went to Black's moving and storage to buy boxes and while I was there I was talking to the staff and MrBlack about my moving day was the Saturday and that I was relocating, etc Well, it was moving day and my helpers (I found from kijiji) called me that morning and said they couldn't make it and a friend of mine was running really lateI didn't know what to do but start loading the truck myselfWhen I went back in my place to grab more boxes..I turned around to walk out the door and guess who was standing at my front door but MrBlack! He asked me how my move was going and I was clearly upset that I didn't have anyone to help meHe then in turn called his movers to help me out! I couldn't believe that he did that! I sent out a request through the Revdex.com to have a piano moved from Calgary to Fernie, B.C Tom Black's replied quickly and were able to pick it up the next day and deliver it the following day The service was excellent, they arrived in Fernie promptly and gave a very fair price The three men were pleasant and professional Good experience !
