I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[redacted]This is just a reverse summary of what was written in the initial complaint. However, even if they do not guarantee their work...they should have sent someone back out to make sure it wasn't the same thing they had just fixed...for FREE OF CHARGE.  This was not offered.  The woman who answered was rude and short with me stating again and again they don't guarantee their work.  If someone would have came out and looked at it to at least let us know it was not the same problem that was fixed less than a week earlier this wouldn't have been an issue. Instead an additional service call charge would have been issued and that is not right.  At least send another technician out (for free) to make sure the previous one fixed everything correctly and it isn't the same problem. If it turns out the technician that was sent out didn't fix it correctly or find the problem it should be the companies responsibility to fix it.   She is right they have been in business for that time period with lots of changes.  I had been a customer of the company for almost 20 years.

Had a water back up in the basement. Traders came out to snake the problem. At first they said they could not get it unblocked. Later they said it was cleared. Three days later the back up came with little or no water used. Called Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Said they will not be back until Tuesday to check this out. No Emergency service! Three days with trying to use as little water as possible. Called again on Tuesday, women said she would check it out and call back. Never received a call back. Called again the following day and was told they could do nothing since they said the blockage was cleared when they left. I do not believe the blockage because it should not happen three days later.
Also, around five years ago, we had a boiler problem problem. Traders came out and could not find the problem. Another company came out and found a crack which was letting out soot. Called Traders to get credit for what I paid them and they said they would reimburse me for the call. Never saw the check.
