0-20min $9, 21-40min $14, 41-60min $18, 61-120min $26, 121-140min $30 and 140min - 12hrs $35. Our customer service reps are not rude, nasty or ghetto as Ms. [redacted] claims to be. She was over 2 days in a row and she was the one who made a big fuss about paying the overage fee. Now the customer paid $18 the first overstay when she stayed 1hr 10min and should have paid $26 and then we charged her $12 the next overstay when again she stayed over 1hr 44min and she should have paid $35, which we can verify with her credit card #. Company policy is for night parkers who overstay must pay regular rates to exit garage. Not sure what number she called but [redacted] the garage manager can be reached at XXX-XXX-XXXX and my number is XXX-XXX-XXXX and I am the Senior Operations manager. As far as a refund she is not due one back.
