Upon being charged for a yearly renewal I contacted TradetobeFree.com to cancel my subscription and TradetobeFree would not refund the renewal charge.I subscribed to the TradetobeFree service. I saw a charge on y credit card for the renewal. I have been unable to locate any notification of the yearly renewal. Within 3 days of the charge on my credit card I called and emailed TradeToBeFree to resolve the issue. TradetobeFree apparently does not answer or return phone calls and only answers by email. I received an email stating that their policy is not to refund after 10 days of initial purchase. I replied that this was a renewal and not the initial subscription of last year and again asked to have the charges reversed on my credit card. I have not had any response from TradetobeFree since. I have emailed them and called and left messages and have not received any emails or calss from TradetobeFree. I did go on to their website and cancel my account within the week. I was unable to do it immediately due to some technical difficulties but did ask TradetobeFree to cancel my subscrition in the initial email and phone call. I also notified my credit card and opened a dispute with TradetobeFree.Desired SettlementI want TradetobeFree to reverse/refund the charge on my credit card for the subscription renewal that I have cancelled. The problem stems from a subscription and problem andwhat was available in that subscription. Getting no information I tried to cancel it.I entered my subscription in late 12/2013. I attempted to make so e headway with the program as described. Getting nowhere with that approach I contacted the company for some assistance a number of days late I received a call who I assume at this time was Mr [redacted]. He left a message to give him a call to set up a personal call for some personal training. He gave me a number to call and I gave it a call and on three different times the recorder indicated that his phone was full of messages. At this point I thought I'd given the company enough of my time to learn the system or ask for my money back. After the third try to get help I applied for a refund and was told my subscription had expired. There web site is not easy to work for subscription information,Desired SettlementReturn my subscription cost of 39 dollars to my credit card.Business Response /[redacted]/Contacted customer to find out when the customer purchased.
