Review: I have Actively used Tradeworks as a Barter Company and had been pleased with them right up to the point when I had used several of there Venders to use in a large affair I had. 2 of them never showed up and 1 of them provided a really bad service.Now, remember, I never really left Tradeworks and still had intentions of doing business with them.After that really bad service I received and discussed with them, suddenly they became rude and unaccommodating. Rapport went out the window.Now They claim I owe over 1900.00 ... Last correspondence it was only about 300.00 owed. Suddenly, I cant log in to my account to view anything and my account information has been deleted.Now due to that, I am feeling as if they are scamming me for an extra 1600.00 for reasons unknown.They haven't had enough decency to contact me and discuss the 300.00 that was owed and now 1900.00!!!! WHAT!!Cant Log into account because of deletion...??? What kind of scam is being ran here???Desired Settlement: Access to My account as it was viewed in May of 2013.As of that date, only about 300.00 was owed in barter fees.Anything over that was paid through my labor.Full detail of exactly, this problem and where suddenly did an extra 1600.00 come from???

The company Clean Queen has filed a complaint against my company. She has questions about the collection call she received. I have all documentation showing why she owes this money. She made purchases through my company and never paid the commission she agreed to pay when she initially signed up as a member of my company. She had a wedding and did not pay multiple vendors that were provided to her. When asked about payment she told me "Well [redacted] how am I suppose to pay you if I do not have any money" in which I replied ok then lets make a plan what can you pay today and how much moving forward. I am always compassionate to peoples situations but a plan to move forward has to be made. Insults and verbal abuse is not an applicable way to come to some sort of agreement. I have all documentation needed and am willing to provide it to the Revdex.com at any time they would like to receive it.

First, There was an agreement with "[redacted]" that she would call me when Barter fees were due. From the time I signed up with Tradeworks, [redacted] always kept to that word of contract. She called only once a few months ago and as every month I would tell her to call me the next following week when child support would be direct deposited and I will let her know what to charge my card and when. This worked very well between me a [redacted]. Until one day My card was Hit for almost 400.00 without my authorization. (Bad business practice). At that time, there wasnt enough money to cover that and my bank declined the transaction.

Second, they mention that it was several vendors that were not paid??? Ok, someone here needs to get a check on themselves.

TWO of there Venders DID NOT show up for my affair. Although they reimbursed me for the photobooth barter... I am not so sure they reimbursed me for the Limo that was to pick us up at the airport. Nor I am not so sure they Reimbursed me for the Barter fees I was Charged when I hired these Vendors from Tradeworks.

The Third Vendor did an absolutely poor job Of which btw, she was paid her Barter. This Vendor told me 3 days before my affair to have 500.00 in Cash of which I told her : Why on earth didnt you tell me there was cash out? I cannot supply you with that kind of cash out of pocket at this time and we will need to work something out for me to get that to you which would be atleast 2 months before I can get that due to my Husbands disability and Medical Bills.

She did not have to arrive at my affair with that knowledge and I could have gotten my Barter Money Back from Tradeworks if that was the Case. I have written Documentation from Eastwind from 3 different Head Waiters on The Lateness and disorganization of this vendor. My Guests did not even have any time to enjoy the dessert as she didnt come out with it till an hour before it ended!!!! This Is between Me and A-1 Entertainment.

Another thing, My account was closed and I cannot view any information in regard to what I owe Tradeworks.

The Last viewing of the account told me I owed 400.00 of which I will not deny. Anything after that is a Scam. 1900.00 is absurd

So now I'm also questioning Why [redacted] didnt continue to call me as she always had to take care of barter fees.

All the trade transactions were reversed and all fees were reversed as a result, again I have documentation for all of these transactions. I do not want to go back and forth on this like were children. If you were to look at my Member Form which [redacted] signed it backs up everything that I am saying and although it is a shame we have to go through this nonsense of submitting a complaint because money is owed if I take this to the legal system I will win. [redacted] signed personally on the Member Form and again, I am sorry to repeat myself, but I do have documentation to back up everything I am saying.
