Review: On 8/13/15 in the morning I found that my droid razr maxx smartphone was dead so after work I looked around to find a repair shop and came across Trading phone & repair service in the mall. SO I went there and after they tested my battery, screen, and motherboard the motherboard was fried so they told me they could "fix" it put a new board in be good as new I agreed to the price and they replaced it. Here's where it gets funny not even 10 min after the "fix" my phone died so I went back to have them fix it...again...and they did said that its good as new now no more problems and I didn't have any for 1 1/2 days then while in another state low and behold my "fixed" phone is dead...again. So this time I went to the local [redacted] store and they told me to go to their people to have it fixed. So I went and they examined it and the news comes back they "new" board they put in my phone was faulty, and that I got conned. So today 8/17/15 I went to the kiok to get my money back because I wasn't gonna let them "fix" my phone again and not only did they say no but they said that the people who looked at is lied to me and mislead me, or I did something to it. Even better when I called the [redacted] people who looked at my phone and exposed the faulty board and let them talk to the kiok men they still said they are lieing and misleading me and don't know what their talking about. [redacted]Desired Settlement: just want my money back they sold me a faulty motherboard and when confronted with the back they sold me one they call them liars and me mislead..
As mentioned by the customer, he came to fix his phone, droid maxx , at our kiosk. before we start working on his phone, the customer asked if we had any warranty and the policy of the warranty.we told him that it is going to be a 14 day warranty no refund , but we would work on his phone at no extra cost as long as he did not break the phone cause any damage .so when he came back within his warranty, we offered to fix the phone at no extra cost, but he became loud demanding his money back and he did not even give us the chance to work on the phone.The customer is more than welcome to come back and we will fix the phone although its past his warranty at no cost.
