I am rejecting this response because: the agreement for the layaway was not on the 20th of december. The owner and I had a verbal agreement on when the layaway could be paid. He said in multiple different ways that we would not cancel the layaway and then did and kept my money. You can not tell people it's okay and then steal their money.

I have received and reviewed the complaint and disagree with the complainants assertion that money Isowed. While she did Indeed have a layaway, her payment was on December 20, 2016, not January 1,2017.The bottom of the layaway receipt shows the next payment date which Is 30 days from the last...

paymentand states:"NO EXCHANGES- NO REFUNDS- NO EXTENSIONS25% DUE EVERY 30 DAYS!"Per the complaint, Trading Post was contacted more than 90 days after the last payment, well beyondthe 30 days stated on the receipt. Furthermore, Ms. [redacted] knew there were no refunds orextensions per the receipt. While It Is unfortunate that she did not purchase the Item she put onlayaway, we are within Its terms while her request Is not.Thank you for your consideration to this matter.
