I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The only reason why I signed up for this service was because the guy who does it said in his webinar that there is "no risk" to you to try it. He said in his webinar that I could try it and if I find nothing useful to cancel it for a full refund. Also, I have noticed that on the Trading Win website, they had a "satisfaction guarantee" on the bottom right of the website that has been removed. It certainly seems that they are running a scam, and their product does not really help anyone. They are trying to take people's money and provide nothing useful in return.

Review: I signed up for this service after I listened to [redacted] talk about what he is providing. He says that if I do not get anything from what he has to offer and I am not satisfied, I can cancel at anytime and get a refund. Also, everywhere over this website (www.tradingwins.com), you will see satisfaction guarantee everywhere. When I called and spoke with [redacted], he refuses to honor the company's policy of satisfaction guarantee and the words of [redacted]. This company offers nothing of value.Desired Settlement: I will like to notify as many people as possible that this company is running a scam and to get my full refund back.
