Thank you very much for the opportunity to respond to this issueOur customers are very important to us and because of this we follon every problem or complaint.Ms, [redacted] purchased a Pontiac Grand Prix on May 28, from Circus Auto Sales, IncShe was scheduled to make bi-weekly payments beginning June 29, We contacted her on numerous occasions regarding her payments before and after the repossession with no successWe were forced to place this account with our attorney and therefore, cannot discuss this account as it is in litigation,Our Policy is to contact every customer regarding past due payments and we always try to work something out to their advantage to make it possible for them to keep the vehicleWhen a business is forced to repossess merchandise everybody losesWhen unexpected problems come up for our customers we will usually try to make fair accommodations, but it takes two reasonable parties to work out a solution.Sincerely, [redacted] ***|VP
[redacted] To Whom It May Concern: Thank you very much for the opportunity to respond to this issueOur customers are very important to us and because of this we follon every problem or complaintMr [redacted] purchased a Dodge Ram on July 13, from Circus Auto Sales, IncAt the time of purchase, Mr [redacted] also purchased a Vehicle Service Agreement on his Dodge Ram which covered a period of months/12,miles with a $deductible (see attached)Mr [redacted] returned the day after purchase with problems which we immediately repairedHe had other issues which we responded to immediately although he often did not show up for his appointmentsWe did install a used engine after his vehicle had exceeded 12,miles and only charged him the $deductible which warranty did not coverThe last time the vehicle was in our Service Department we were unable to hear any engine noise or locate any oil leaksWe did, however, repair his heat issue at no chargeWe currently have been unable to find any problems with the vehicleWhen unexpected problems come up for our customers we try to resolve them fairly, but it takes two reasonable parties to work out a solution.Sincerely, [redacted] Vice President
