and rear endsMr*** paid his first monthly payment on schedule in November, but did not make another payment until February, After several conversations by phone and several promises to get caught up we repossessed his truckWe were never informed of any mechanical issues with his truck until we took possession of his truck at the time of repoMr*** informed us at that time that he had had some mechanical issues with the truck and had just gotten it out of the shop and that was why he was behind with his paymentsWe informed him of the amount it would take to get his truck back and he paidAfter he got his truck back he blew the motor in itWe towed it to our shop and rebuilt the motorWhen Mr*** was given the bill he said he didn;t have any money to pay at that time and asked if we would add the amount of the bill to the end of his notes We told him that we could not do that but if he could pay $*** on the bill we would put a hold on it until he could pay later on He asked for his down payment back and we said that we could not refund his down payment because he had had his truck too long, but we could give him $*** credit toward another truck and he said noThat is why we still have his truck
