Since the last 1 1/2 yrs they have ignored my complaint and my insistence that they replace the cracked window frame  I had to constantly insist with the [redacted] Manufacturer replace it. Under [redacted]. they finally agreed and told me they are sending it within 8 wks. It has not yet been received. We still are waiting but have 2 wks. to go. After their agreement is when I contacted Revdex.com and due to my complaint Traditional has responded to you and also sent their workman here to tell us it would be done when the window frame arrives. I do not trust Traditional's response that the installation will be done until it is done due the many months they ignored my complaint . I will agree to their response after they complete the installation needed.
