We apologize that you were not happyWe also want to clarify we did not cash the check for the half downi emailed *** and let him know that I had deposited the check and it was sitting in the account, you cannot cash a check made out to the company it has to be deposited and I made him aware of
this before he put this complaint inAlso yes we did promise to do the work by those days but due to complication's on a previous commercial seal coating parking lot that we made him aware of we were not able to get there in time.But the owner did come out today august 5th and dig out the driveway and is digging out a small portion left of the driveway tomorrow and it will be paved on monday august 8thwe do apologize for not being there as we said we were gong to but we did come out a day before to the start date and started digging but due to the neighbors complaining about the noise the owner said he would do it the next dayi do not understand why a complaint was given in to the Revdex.com when I made it clear the driveway would be doneour machine was left on the property the whole time storm knew he would be back to do the driveway he just did not expect the sealcoating of the commercial lot (*** *** *** in lititz) to take as long as it didThe owner said that *** was fine today when he arrived out there and when he had left so I'm a bit confused as to why this complaint was put in.Also we are removing a small tree/shrub for him that wasn't put into the price so it was for freeHe knew the owner could not pave it until monday because he had to dig the whole driveway up today and tomorrowAnd I want to state again you cannot cash a check made out to the company it has to be deposited which I told him and sent him a invoice for the check with a picture of the check on itHe has multiple quotes I provided him with, emails that he has that we spoke to each other, our paver machine was at his property the whole time and a invoice that I had emailed to him for 1/down which I told him if you have all that information than obviously he's going to do the drivewaythat is not the way we operate our business we gave him every documentation he need and called one dig to make sure everything was legitso I am also going to contact *** in the morning to see what this was put itI understand fully were he was coming from about being worried of us not doing the job but all the documentation he had from us and equitment he knew we were going to be there to do the job just not on the date as we had stated which we take full responsibility for but did make him aware of

had my driveway repaved in march of 2016 1 month later the driveway had stone dust comeing thru the blacktop sinking in spots .called numerious times to be fixed till November he said he would come out to fix always a no show. now I'm takeing him to court to resolve the problem,this co does not honor its warranty in no way shape or fourm.beware when hireing this co
