worker showed me he fixed leak. h0wever, he never turned water on the confirm leak was fixed. I turned water on, leak still present ... no difference
June 6 TP came out to repair tub leak. worker turned off water and left off when showing me leak was repaired ... after I turned on water leak was still present. called company back,*** called and said he would be by Monday. Monday came and went, no call from anyone at company. I called Tuesday morning, and the lady answering the phone said they must have forgotten and*** may be able to be out Tuesday afternoon. I did not have any confidence in*** andmade that know, and asked that my money be refunded and I would go elsewhere for my repair needs. The lady said whe would make the owner aware and soneome would be calling me to advise when I would be receiving a check for the money originally paid. Today its Thursday morning, the 13th, and I have not heard from anyone about my refund. This is a classic example of a company have very little concern for quality work or servicing the customer. They were made aware the same day of the issue of shotty work, but I have yet to hear back from anyone at the comamy.
I asked they rerund my money when I called onTuesday the 11th to ask why no one showed up on Monday to correctky repair my leak.
The attached document is the letter we wrote after several attempts to contact and resurrect the problem. We take full responsibility for his dissatisfaction in our services. There was a total communication break down. Very oddly he was communicating directly with a field technician of ours and did not call office until he was totally upset demanding he be refunded in full. We give no implication that a customer is to deal with a technician on these terms and have made steps and put policies in order to resolve this issue going forward. When he called after hours and left a message our on call staff turned the message over to our office the next morning but the damage was already done. This is not how we practice business and we assure all parties these cases will be handled with much more delicacy going forward. I also reached out to *** today to ensure he had received his refund in which he said yes. We really hope this experience never happens again with any of our customers. Please don't hesitate to reply with questions or any other comments that need to be addressed.
The company sent me a check yesterday for 125 dollars.
