We have told Mr*** that we would replace the affected areasThis is strictly an issue from a concrete batch plant and has nothing to do with the workmanship of Cross Construction ServicesWe have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com and we will continue to maintain that statusWe have not been
given an opportunity to resolve the issue to date, we are in contact with the Concrete batch plant and we will continue to work towards a reasonable solutionUnfortunately, sometimes the resolution doe not happen in the time frame we would likeMr*** has a large shaded area that may be holding moisture and taking the concrete longer to cure, there are portions that are perfectly whiteMr*** failed to mention that he wanted total replacement and that's what I was referencing when I told him that we would not be able to afford himWe can replace the sections in question at no charge as long as he understands there can be a slight difference in shade, total replacement of several per decree panels is what we would not affordCross Construction Services has always maintained a good relationship with the Revdex.com and we will continue to provide an excellent service to our clientsWe do in excess of driveways a year and have had complaints in the past years.Kindest Regards,Clayton

Cross Construction asked for assistance because we believed he was asking for complete replacement and that is not warranted. AGAIN, we will replace the panels that have a contrast in color.
