Review: I signed up fora six month contract I could not continue with the martial arts classes due to work conflict. I sent [redacted] owner proprietor of wing chun Kung fu an email on stating I could not continue classes. He had never given me a copy of my contract when I started. I sent in my resignation and he promptly turned around that day and charged my credit card $1010.00 I only had one month remaining on my contract and that amount my last payment was supposed to be for $135.00. I wrote him an email when I found out from my credit card this past weekend, stating thati would gladly pay the 135 but that it was not fair that I be charged another six months of lessons that I will not be able to attend.His answer to my email was a veiled threat to come in and talk..... (Exactly how he put it) I refused explaining that I want all communications via email. He wrote on my copy of the contract that I did not give 30 days notice.Per his contract it states that It is a 6 month contract and if I were to cancel I have to give 30 Day at which time the REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE DUE I had one month left on my contract it expired in June. He fraudulently and knowingly charged my account 1,010.00 dollars.I told him that if he sent me the 1,000 minus the 135 I owe for the month of June I would not have a problem. He has refused to answer my email.Desired Settlement: I wish to have the charges returned to my credit card and I will pay for the month of june.
