Review: Ordered a custom bracelet approximately 3 months ago and have not receive it. Have emailed [redacted] via his email [redacted] and received a response on 9/30 stating that he misfiled my order and that I should receive it within a week. I still have not receive the bracelet. This needs to be checked into. [redacted] and company attends all Hawaiian festivals and functions and if he is not fulfilling his obligation with me then he is doing this to other unsuspecting customers.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the bracelet.
