I am rejecting this response because: This women is lying I left a message for her after I checked with my son, two days after I talked to her Since I did not get a response I tried to communicate with her via her online email No response The
only reason she has initiated the check is because I filed this complaint with the Revdex.com I have now received the check and am certainly glad I did not rent an aptthere This matter is closed

Dear ***, I am in receipt of the above complaintCustomer contacted the office prior to the Revdex.com submission and asked about where her refund check was as she had not received it. I went over the address we had on file for her that it was mailed to. She advised that the address
we had on file was her son's address and she no longer lived there but her son still resides there. I checked with our accounting department at that time to see if the check had been cashed and it had not. I advised her to check to see if her son had received the check and if he had not received the check for her to call us back and let us know. We had not heard back from her that he had not received the check. Per the BBQ complaint it would appear he did not receive the check so I have requested accounting make sure the check hasn't been cashed and for them for them to stop payment on it and for a new check to be issued as soon as possible and sent to: *** ***
