My building was reported to the Revdex.com for unreliable phone systems. We have been working with our carrier, Spectrum, for months in attempt to resolve this issue. They continued to say that it was not a Spectrum carrier issue. I even had the original equipment installer come to assess
the situation, which was found to be a Spectrum issue. On 2/28/2018, both Spectrum and ETS (original equipment installer) met at the facility and the issue has been corrected.My question is how should I respond to this report, when the corrective solution is out of our company's control?*** *** RN, BSNExecutive DirectorTraditions at Hunter StationHunter Station RoadSellersburg, IN 47172P: ###-###-####

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution  satisfactory.  I have been able to reach my family member since the date they stated the issue was resolved.I feel the facility is responsible for ensuring they have reliable phone service regardless if it is an issue originating from the facility itself. When I have an issue with my home phone service I am responsible for making sure it gets corrected, no one else. It is disappointing that the facility feels this is not their responsibility. If there is a known issue they should make it known to residents and family members and provide alternative routes of communication.

We apologize for the inconvenience that this issue has caused.  We have been consistently working with the phone provider to remedy the problem.  The system was effectively repaired on 2/28/2018.  Repairmen have been to the community several times in an attempt to correct the...
