I have a complaint against Boyd Construction Company from Cleveland, Texas
The company did work at my new home and charged me for work not done, shoddy work on the concrete he poured, and did electrical work and I’m not completely sure he was licensed to do
I am a disabled vet and sometimes I can be “fast-talked” about thingsMrBoyd flashed a bond paper in front of me and I feel he charged me twice on some items

We sent certified mail to the company with our concerns and asking for a refund for work not done but the mail was never picked upIn fact, he changed addresses after the first letter was sent and refusedThe sheriff ended up delivering it for us
We have filed in court to get the money we feel owed us, agreed by the judge in small claims court and MrBoyd did show up for the hearingNow we have had
