James S [redacted] took my $and I have nothing to show for it! What a Rip-Off Artist! He did not make my custom bracelet like the picture he drew, and he wanted another $to send it to me weeks after I ordered it! Most custom jewelers send you a picture before your custom piece is made for your approval before the item is made, but he sent it to me in an email dated March 13th, and it wasn't to my specifications (like the picture that he drew) A refund of $was requested by phone and by email He said that there are no refunds so a list of products that he has on-line that that do not exceed the price of $for store credit, was requested, and he did not respond! He told me on the phone that he paid the state of New Mexico sales tax on my bracelet, and I have a TAX I.DNUMBER so no sales tax is supposed to be paid!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: James S [redacted] DID NOT give me a refund! He gave me a small sterling silver ring with fake opals in it for $500.00! I purchased a large sterling silver fire opal bracelet with real fire opals for $at a retail store, and he was at the [redacted] which is Wholesale Only! If you're looking for a custom jeweler with great customer service, who wishes to make you happy after months of using your money, who has prices on his website, who has a street address on his business card, you might want to look elsewhere because great customer service is not his fortay! He lied in his response on different occasions! I did get "something" for my money after waiting months of him working on my money, and me not having anything to show for it but had to go to the expense of hiring an attorney to get it! You be the judge! BOY DID I LEARN A LESSON! Ms*** *** purchased a custom bracelet from James S*** on 1/27/She came back after putting the down payment and wanted to switch the $charge to a different cardWhile James was building the bracelet for her she sent an email stating that she was having financial problems due to
legal problemsJames finished the bracelet and sent her pictures of the completed project asking for the remaining balance on the projectMrs*** signed her invoice that clearly states that there will be no refunds on custom ordersShe was very upset that James was unable to refund her deposit but would provided her another piece of jewelry that would equal the deposit she put downShe then began to slander James and his business not only with the Revdex.com but also on social mediaJames' office manager did what she could to appease Mrs*** and help her find something that she would be happy withDuring this time it came to light that Mrs*** has had several incidents of fraudulent activity with other companiesShe also was requesting some outlandish replacements for the the braceletShe had gone as far as to have her credit card company contact James personally and that came to no conclusionShe also had a law firm send a threatening letterAfter James' office manager worked with her over the phone for hours and helped her choose a ring that James discounted greatly for her she seemed to be ok with the outcomeHowever she sent one last email stating that if it didn't fit she was going to continue with the disagreementJames' office manager mailed the ring to Mrs*** on 6/21/and she signed for and received the ring on 6/24/at 5:pm She has not contacted James since thenJames informed Mrs*** that once she received the ring that he no longer wanted to do business with herAll in all James was not completely paid for either job and made absolutely no profit on this job at all
