Sorry for the issues with your grill. The pro 34 is an awesome grill. This can be something as simple as changing the way it is started up. We are confident we can get your grill working and will be having a supervisor call.

We apologize for the issues you've have experienced with your grill. We have requested a new hopper burner assembly be sent, which is basically a brand new engine for our grills. We have attempted to reach the customer twice, once on 9/26 and once on 10/2, but haven't heard back from the customer...

yet. We hope that the new hopper burner assembly puts this matter to rest.

I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive the refund to my account; I have...

bank statements to prove that. I called my bank and they issued me a provisional credit while they investigate my claim, the only credits I have on my account in regards to the Traeger transactions are from my bank. Traeger has not issued any refunds despite my numerous calls and complaints. Calling Traeger is ineffective as nobody on the phone can actually assist; they always transfer me then tell me the person I need to speak to is not in and will call back, but they never call back. When asking for a manager the same thing happens and I am still left without a resolution. All in all, I have not received any refund from Traeger and I have been unable to speak to someone that can help me.

We apologize for the delay in getting your front shelf. The order was placed 5/31, and shipped on 6/2. For some reason the item was returned to sender and it was just received and we have submitted a refund for the front shelf.

Sorry for the problems you experienced with your grill. It looks like you spoke with one of our supervisors around 10/05 where you informed us the grill was being replaced. Customer also has our supervisor's contact info if he has any other issues.

Sorry to hear about the issues you've had with your grill. I do see that a refund has been requested for you as of 2/16 when you called in with the tracking number for the grill being sent back to us. The refund will take 5-7 business days before it shows back in your account. 2/19 would be...

I am willing to try the hopper burner assembly. If I still am having issues even after the hopper burner, I will be in contact. If the grill will still not smoke at a temp of 160 - 180, I will expect it to be replaced or refunded. This is a lot of work for a brand new Traeger. I could understand years down the road having an issue here and there but this is getting rediculous. I want to use it, not work on it. I think that is more than reasonable.

I am rejecting this response because:  I believe in your records os the original one I purchased, I never registered the second one.. and I gave up on your customer service along time ago. The one I have now took a lot of work and modifications on my end to do what I bought it for. This product is terrible. And your customer service is worse.
