I’m a disabled veteran who decided to reside here after leaving the Air Force, and I thought massage would help my issues, so I signed up for a year long membershipI needed to end my membership at the end of the term due to financial difficulties, so I scheduled my appointment for the last day of my membershipI received a call that day, and they said my therapist, *** had to cancelI explained to the front desk personnel that this is my last day of membership, and I couldn’t make it another timeThey told me they had an appointment in the evening and suggested I should take it or it sounded like I’d risk losing my last appointment …so I said I’ll tryUnfortunately, I was unable to make the appointmentI called to speak to management to see what we could doIt took them over a week to get back to me, and I had to call multiple timesI explained the situation to the manager who consulted
