I ordered a license plate frame from traffictalk.com on 1/21/16, 3 day shipping, using my CC. The frame never arrived; no replies to my emails. I ordered a metal license plate frame on 1/21/16, with 3-day shipping, for $24. Order number XXXXXXX. I used a Visa credit card. I received a confirmation email saying "thank you for your order.... We will notify you when your order ships...", and that's the last I ever heard from the company. The product never arrived. I have emailed the 2 "customer support" addresses that I found online, but no one responds. I called the phone number I found online, and it seems to be disconnected.Desired SettlementI would like the product delivered via overnight mail, IF this company is actually legit. If not, I want a full refund.

I ordered a frame from them in November and to date have not received the frame as of February.I ordered a custom license plate frame on November 26, 2015. I received confirmation of the order and an email on 12/8 stating it was in their design department and would be notified when it was done and shipped. The funds for the frame were taken out of our account the beginning of December. since then I have written their "customer service" several times asking about the order with absolutely no response ever! It is February 2 and I have no merchandise. Desired SettlementThe frame was $20. Either they get the frame to me in one piece or refund my money so I can find another company that will do the work for me.

Placed on line order with them and never received an order confirmation. Tried to contact them via email and telephone 2 weeks latern no response. On 10/07/13 the order began our in-house production as it is a custom-made license plate frame. The order was shipped on Friday 10/11/13 to the customer using our standard 3 day shipping.
