Car wash cost six dollars, and I put a five dollar bill in, it took it and I tried to put a one dollar bill in and it would not accept it. I tried many, many times. I then hit the refund button and that didn't work, but it kept telling me that I owed one more dollar. There was no number found out site, then I found one online and it says it has been disconnected.
