I did not receive anything for this, there was no response from the business until now, and I am still being harassed from somebody with messages that is obviously scamming people on the internet

We have received this complaint via our service provider ***I have attached the complaint. As per our records, the client requested a refund on the 10th June which was already paid back on June. The order was placed on the 2nd June As per our statement on our website, all
orders are placed between and hours after time of purchase, this is due to verification on the clients websites. There is no further action required from ***The order was processed and the traffic was deliveredAs the client did not contact *** with a complaint and instead requested a reversal of payment after traffic was sent to the client, the clients details has been placed on the traffic fraud website. Our policy is to provide full refunds if requested, but as we a traffic service website, we do not and can not promise any sales, this is dependent on the clients website alone. We hereby confirm *** provided the service but the client has been fraudulent as to do a chargeback

This is a complete fraud and a complete lie by somebody that has been scamming persons on the internet

We have received an update on the complaint Ref [redacted]. Firstly, we are however quite confused at the clients accusations as Mr [redacted] has not provided any proof of what he claims. As per our records, the client requested a refund on the 10th June which was already paid back on 20 June. We do not understand what Mr [redacted] is implicating with regards to the order dates been changed. Firstly, there is no need for that and secondly there is no logical sense in a reason why they would be changed. If this was an order for thousands of pounds, we could understand. As stated on our website:"When you use TrafixTech as your trusted web traffic generation seller, you’re using a company with a current portfolio of over 8,500 websites, 3 established search engines, and 2 internet service providers, movie sites, social networking sites, online gaming sites and more. We deliver what you order, or your money back. No questions asked." As per our website, the client made an order, requested a refund, and TrafixTech refunded the full purchase price. If Mr [redacted] is taking into the accounts the times that he received emails from the time he made the purchase, Mr [redacted] needs to take into account delays on email servers which is in no ones control. This however should not and can not be perceived as changing the order times. As stated before, and within this occasion, TrafixTech refunded the purchase as and when the client requested. We also undertake to request that Mr [redacted] prove that this is a scam if he received the refund without questions and in turn, hereby request for Better Business to close this matter and in turn enforce Mr [redacted] to retract his allegations. In the event Mr [redacted] would like to pursue this, TrafixTech is willing to allocate our legal representative on this matter and claim those costs against Mr [redacted]. This matter is not only a waste of resources on both your companies behalf and TrafixTech, but can only be perceived as MR [redacted]'s attempt to implement a fraudulent claim as some sort. We also in turn refer to Better Business to pursue this matter with Mr [redacted]. TrafixTech provides a service by providing traffic to websites. We do however, as mentioned within our FAQ section our website, that we do not guarantee sales as this is dependent on the clients website.
