My respondence to Mr [redacted] is he has no complaintI told him on several occasions that I would give him back his purchase priceWhat Mr [redacted] wanted to do is have me sign additional documents which I will not doI have already agreed once and that is enough.This complaint is not about the horse but about the wife of Mr [redacted] refusing to get on the horse and riding itMrs [redacted] runs the show in their family and instead of getting the courage to get on this fine horse she simply wants to send it backThis is not what I expected in our agreement but still agreed to take the horse back and refundAs far as the horse not being a good horse, Mr [redacted] is not stating in this complaint what he told me and that was the horse is a good horse.The history between the ***'s and myself go back a few yearsI sold them two horses a few years back under my standard contract of exchanging a horse if they didn't like a horseMr [redacted] didn't like one of the horses and talked me into a full refund instead of the exchange called for in the purchase agreementThe other horse they purchased they loved and wrote a very positive testimonial letter that was posted on my website until a resent request from ***'s to remove which I didMr [redacted] is a manipulatorHe calls, text and e-mails, relentlesslyHe just wears you out with his cryingHe is another self-centered individual that has no backboneAgain, no refusal on our agreement what-so-everJust did not agree to signing additional documentsFred CM**

Mr*** was told we would be happy to exchange the horse he bought and paid for in full through PayPal but the purchase horse would have to be returnedReturning the horse for another through our exchange policy is the proceedureEconomicly I suggested rather than paying the expense to

I have explained my side of the story. If this man would have sent the horse back I would have exchanged it for another horse as is our policy. I am sorry this man chooses to be unaccepting of the facts. Fred [redacted]

If the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered] Trails horses of the west was not responsive to my inquiries about exchanging the horse and actually never offered to take the horse back even though he advertises this on his website. He falsely labeled the horse as double registered when it is not registered at all and only when I tried to initiate a dispute with paypal did Mr. Mau contact me, which he decided to threaten and bully me through email. His business practices are not reputable and what he advertises on the web is not what he delivers. It is only now when I contact the Revdex.com does Mr. Mau fabricate claims about his honesty and trustworthiness as a business which is not true. ( there are also posts on his facebook page that show this is not the first time he has shown to be an unreputable business. His claim that he has sold more than 2000 horses is most likely an exaggeration, as if this was the case he would have no problem taking the fraudulently posted horse back and resell him).I have attached the original add for the horse that was advertised, as well as the email stating he did not want the horse back. I submitted an inquiry to Paypal to try and recoup my purchase price through purchase protection that they offer, and as Mr. Mau states in the email, I did not indicate that I never authorized the purchase. I had ask Mr. Mau to stop his harassing and derogatory emails after this. His version of events as I have shown is simply untrue. [redacted]
