We regret having misplaced this customer's complaint when it was originally received.  We received an untraceable complaint afterwards from a customer in Canada, but we were unable to connect it to Mr. [redacted].  We now suspect it is the same customer.We are embarrassed by this...

error.  We strive to give excellent customer service and recognize that we have failed in this case.We have every intention of satisfying the customer.  We are happy to process a refund or to replace the camera under warranty.  Please let us know how we should proceed.
