Paid them to work on my Suzuki grand vitara. They didn't do the work they charged me for. Had a mechanic look at my vehicle and notice that the work that they supposedly did could have turned out dangerous due to their inability to fix what they were paid to do
We have spoken by phone and I trust that this situation has been resolved to your satisfaction.
I am sure many people have had good experiences with them, but my one (and guaranteed to be only) time buying from them leaves me feeling ripped off. I bought a transmission from them for my 96 Tracker and paid the $350 core charge. What they hide in the fine print (they said they are going to put it on the buying page, which it wasn’t when I bought mine) is that your core, including the internals, have to meet their arbitrary definition of “good”. They don’t mention at all that core shipping costs are on you. They do NOT give you a shipping label to send back the core. It cost me $155 to ship my core to them, and they won’t give me my $350 core deposit back. They said the internals are “no good”. I can remove and install transmissions, but I can’t take them apart and inspect the guts. If I had that ability, I wouldn’t have needed to buy a new one from them to begin with. End result, my transmission ended costing almost $1600. I have bought hundreds of auto parts from dozens of companies over 2 decades of fixing my own wheels. I have NEVER failed to receive a core deposit back, and I have NEVER had to pay to ship a core back to the company. I wanted to like this company, I really did. I want to support folks that support these trucks, but I won’t take what I feel to be a kick in the crotch quietly. I really wish I would’ve gotten my transmission somewhere, anywhere else. Think hard before gambling your money with these folks.

They don’t have these ready to ship. After they charged my credit card, I got an email saying it would be 2 weeks before they shipped it.
Transmission they sent was for the wrong year. They just plugged an unused hole with an old sensor and cut the wires off.
Our terms and conditions are clearly stated on the web site - which states that all cores must be in good rebuildable condition and that the shipping is the responsibility of the customer. This box must be checked before you can proceed to finalize the order - which you did check and agreed to. While we make every effort to make our policies known to our customers, by providing the information clearly - it is the customers responsibility to actually read them and understand them. Industry standard is that good rebuildable cores be returned in order to receive core credit for them. The one you supplied to us was full of water, was rusty in side and had several broken parts. It was not a good core and was not rebuildable. We returned the core to you at our expense. We also offered you a full refund if you returned the transmission that we rebuilt for you - including the core charge but you refused and chose to keep the rebuilt transmission.
