I took my boat trailer to the Trailer Depot for a variety of services in December Upon arrival, the employee was pleasant and seemed knowledgable We went over all of my concerns about my trailer and what I needed accomplished
When they called to say the trailer was ready, I was very disappointed to find that they had not done what I asked, they overcharged me for alleged services that I could not verify if they had even been done, from what I could see, they did not I complained and the owner said he was going to look inot my concerns, he never called me back
I would not recommend this business to anyone who needs trailer service I caution anyone dealing with the Trailer Depot to find a different place to take your trailer I truly feel that I was ripped off and lied to I had a very very bad experience
