While traveling between Atlanta and Cleveland, I unfortunately found I needed trailer repair services I was FORTUNATE enough to end up at Trailer Specialists of Knoxville They were super accommodating to my need for a quick turnaround to get back on the road More importantly, they were incredibly honest, trustworthy, and did great work In my situation, I was at the mercy of the repair place---they did not take advantage of that fact! My only regret is that I live in Atlanta and won't be able to use these guys for my regular maintenance year round They are fantastic
Their facilities were well organized and professional The staff was friendly and understanding The owner was on site and on top of everything A+++ to them and thank you!

Working with this company was an absolute nightmare It started out ok as when they came to the house for the estimate but after that all was downhill The company did not give us an official confirmed pick up date until days before The crew was supposed to be there at 9am and by 10:we started to get concerned as we had received no phone calls that they were going to be late At 11:when they finally showed up they claimed they had tried to call to say they were going to be late but they called the wrong number When the guys were loading the truck they were far more interested in smoke breaks than actually doing work Then when it came for the delivery, what a disaster! I had to call Mark at the Buffalo office 3x/day every day to finally get a hold of him On the few times I was able to talk to him he never could give me a delivery date Finally he told me they would deliver on a Thursday two weeks after they picked up I took the day off of work to be ready Then the craziest partWednesday morning I get a call from the drivers, "we are here to drop off." WHAT?! I was dumbfounded I immediately called Mark to ask how this could possible happen and he told me "I thought you would be happy they came a day early." How disrespectful People have jobs and commitmentsI would never ever ever work with this company again Mark also stated he would call me "after the dust settled" as I was so upset by the miscommunication It's been three weeks and I never heard from him My advice, stay as far away from this company as possible They are liars, extraordinarily unprofessional, and cannot be trusted to take care of your personal possessions

please accept our apologies for the late delivery of this shipment of household items for Ms. [redacted]. Delivery was made on August 21. According to the orgiinal contract  [redacted] delivery sp;read of dates were August 4-13
For our mistake we will send a refund....
