[redacted],You brought your trailer in to us with a damaged front end, and stated that your friend gave you a free coupler, and asked us to install the coupler on your trailer. We treat every trailer like it's ours. Our customers are number one. I care, and I feel like I treated you...

fairly.    Once we started your job, we noticed your frame was slightly bent. It was an old trailer, that we believe, was not worth putting a thousand dollars into straightening out the frame. So we compensated for the bend by tilting the coupler straight. The original coupler was damaged and the wiring was bad. I knew you needed lights on the trailer, and repaired the wiring at the same time. I apologize that I did not make the right call on your behalf.   The trailer will perform well and tows fine. When you picked up your trailer, I informed you that your frame was bent and showed you how we installed the coupler.  You mentioned that you wanted to overhaul your trailer at a later time and we just needed to get you from point A to point B. Your floater bar was beyond repair, and to keep the bill down, we built a new one. At that time, I advised you that you would have to apply a little paint. I offered in our discussion, that if you wanted to bring your trailer back at a later time, we would use the money you paid and put it into straightening your trailer frame.    You stated that you would rather damage my reputation. Review: I bought a set (4) trailer tires about a year ago from Shadow Trailer. A year later and with less than 1000 miles on them, two of them threw the tread off and the other two separated. I called the Shadow trailer and they had me take pictures of them and E-mailto them so they could use the pictures for the warranty. After not hearing back from them for about a month I called them back. An employee named [redacted] told me he had sold me old tires and there was no warranty and that Shadow trailer wouldn't do anything about it. There was nothing that said the tires were old or "no warranty" when I bought them. Otherwise I wouldn't have bought them.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back to reimburse me for the new tires I had to buy to replace the ones I bought a year ago from Shadow trailer
