Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/04/27) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] ; Owner Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: ***@trailermantrailers.net In the years of selling trailers this is by far the most unreasonable customer we have had to deal withWe (Johnson Trlr Sls & T-Man), have refunded the customer's money fully and additionally Trailerman has refunded the sales tax paid in the amount of $We stand behind every trailer we produceAfter the customer returned the trailer we had the dealer take it to Tire Central, Incin Champaign, IllOur intention was to have all tires & wheels balanced as this is the Noreason for a vibration in a trailer of this typeWhen they were rolling one of the tire assemblies the technician heard a noise in itThey found a brand new valve stem, that our tire provider, dropped in the tire when they were mounting them to the wheelsThis was the sole cause of the issueWe buy all of our tires and wheels assembledThis has NOTHING to do with the quality of our workmanship or productThis customer did not have to be without her trailer for another day to have this problem fixedWe offered reasonable solutions to this customer and she refused them and wanted a new trailer, periodIncidentally, the trailer axles were aligned with a laser when it was fabricated and measurements were recorded on the paperworkFront axles were 22' 1/8" & 22' 1/16" Rear axles were 1/16" & 1/16"The company who looked at this trailer and said they were "off 1/2" " did it the old fashion way, with a string and provided no measurements to us to verify their claimHowever, we are still paying that $billWe have never had an experience as awful as dealing with this customerAdditionally, this trailer was transported with two other trailers loaded on it and the driver said it pulled fineWe tried to help this customer and she was not willing to take our helpIF there was something wrong with the trailer we would have built a new one but there was/is nothing wrong with this trailerAs testament to our name, this is the FIRST Revdex.com complaint we have had from a customerWe are not unreasonable people or an unreasonable companyWe just had the unfortunate instance of running into a unreasonable consumer
