I am rejecting this response because:The sales representative specifically said I would have "exclusivity" in the markets he sold meThe sales person was asked repeatedly if he was selling me search phrases within the market areas he was selling me and he said "no" every timeI was very direct about what he was offering because I have worked with other companies that sold "search phrases" and each time it was miserably unsuccessful. I realize the necessity of search phrases but the sales person implied I would own all of the searches for the areas I purchased within his company.I tried to be reasonable and just asked for my money back and we could drop the whole thing but the CEO of the company would have no part of it.As I stated before the same salesman spoke to my partner several hours later and offered the same exclusivity in the same markets, the company has contacted her recently and offered to cancel and return her money, however no offer has been made to me presumably since I complained to Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because Hello ***, I have been sick and not able to respond to this very late answer from this companyLooks like it was closed out on 2/8/due to company not respondingLooks like they finally responded on 4/23/That's over months and weeks after it was closed. First of all...I did ask for my money back and the rep said he could not...OK, this company is a total fraudThey don't care about helping customersThey are experts in keeping customers paying and not cancellingThey just keep making excuses, really making it the customers fault for their system not workingThey are also experts in how the credit card companies workI guess by stringing clients along they know it passes a certain point in time that the credit card companies will not refund anymore...My credit card company asked me why it took me so long to complain to themI told them the company kept stringing me along with a promise of results coming by making changes to my website...I believed it for several monthsEnough was enough and I asked to cancelI was kept on the phone for about minutes, while the rep was still trying to keep me paying...Finally was able to cancelI did not trust them anymore so I had my credit card number changed.I have been in business for over yearsIf I treated customers like this company treated me, I'd would be in big trouble...If they were truly sincere, they would have worked it out with meWhy would you want unsatisfied customers? Thank you for taking the time to review Trailhead Marketing. On December 1st 2017 you signed up with our service, and agreed to our Terms Of Service when you signed the Docusign. In that initial call, we informed you that we do offer website consultations for free for the lifetime of your account,...

however you never called us to do a website consultation. We called you on December 11th and showed you your placements live on [redacted], which is proof of delivery of our service, and also upgraded you to our other service. On January 29th you spoke with Sundown, mentioned cancelling the service but agreed to keep active after Sundown gave you advice on how to improve website. Then you called us on February 8th and spoke with Michelle,  you did request to cancel, however you agreed to keep your account active with less products, dropping your monthly bill from $676 to $159. The 11th of every month was your bill date, and on February 11th your credit card declined for $159. We attempted to call you and resolve the past due balance multiple times. When we got a hold of you on March 9th you refused to pay and we cancelled your account that day. When you signed up for our service, we emailed you a Docusign reciept. You read it and signed it while we where on a recorded line with you, which means that you read that all charges are final and non-refundable.

We work really hard to make sure all of our clients are happy and successful. All services were rendered and she was on the first page of Google. In good faith, we will provide a full refund of $159. In addition to that we offered to give her another product of our's that is valued at over...

I am rejecting this response because:I Asked for the Full refund from The owner!! he was trying to convince me to accept some other scam they offer I declined that. I asked for a full Refund they declined SO I filed the Revdex.com complaint. I did it the right way They are falsely selling products that have no return on the value being charged. They are correct I did file a complaint with credit card Company, Police Fraud division and State attorney general. They Have every legal option to fully refund the account 100% Credit card would drop the investigation if they did refund account more lies and misleading business practices from the smooth talkers. This is unacceptable.

We did send you daily emails, to remind you of your account balance with us, and also to remind you to call us to go through the phone call recording together so that you could have heard it for yourself. We understand that as a business owner running multiple forms of advertising it can be a challenge to discern one conversation from the next. Your account was canceled 11/18/16.
