Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI had agreed to the settlement as stated above but after I agreed, my tires were vandalized by their tenants of and although the Management was endearing with their regrets, I was forced to come up with the replacement of two tires and one of the vandalized tires was no more than months old I called and asked if the Management could please reduce the amount agreed upon by the amount of the replacement tires from [redacted] tires because this only added to the harassment that I had been receiving for over two months It was stated that the management did all that could be done under the circumstances and this was unsettling to me because even though the Management was aware of my reason for needing to move, the volatile harrasment made by the tenants of Trailside at Hermoso point, apartment ***, I now was made to come up with the $plus an additional $for the replacement tires at the hands of the apartment tenants that resided in their complexI believe that the replacement cost should be reimbursedAlthough the local Management may have their "hands tied" but the Management Company named [redacted] (Arizona) could "untie" their hands and reimburse me under these circumstances Regards, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com, On August 3, we offered to waive termination fee and reduce day notice to day notice. She came in yesterday and signed notice to vacate and will be moving out 8/15/2015. With the upstairs neighbors we are in the process of eviction

Current resident retracted notice, We called [redacted] and [redacted] right away 4/12  to be put on wait list and once we had an apartment available we can assign them too.  He got upset and requested his holding deposit and application and as a...

good costumer gesture we refunded his holding deposit and application fees .   I really feel we tried our best to help him find a good home but we only require 30 to 60 day notice we did have anything to offer him at that time. We really apologize for the inconvenience we caused, we currently have availability for July if he is still interested.
