Bought Train Wheels off of Train-Li-USA & was NOT the "QUALITY" The [redacted] said they where. Sent in those wheels & Send BACK EVEN "WORSE" Mix-Matched This Company Charges HIGH DOLLAR For "QUALITY" Products, Yet Sent LOW Quality parts. I sent those BACK & Train Li Sent Me a Wheel That Was Put On A MACHINE Shop GRINDER(Rough As They Come) & Was The Older Style That He Got From Manufacture. The OTHER Wheel In Bag Was A NEW Style That Did NOT Match The First Design In ANY WAY?The Emails Have Gotten SO-RUDE & Can "NOT" Deal with A BUSINESS Practice Like THIS! The customer was told via Email that he is more than welcome to send everything back for a refund. Yet the customer was also told that if he files (as he now did) a false complaint he will be held liable. Our business has had in its history more than 100,000 transactions with greater than 5,000 customers.It is not worth to go into the details of this complaint. Let us just say that the customer was testing out wheels and we were helping him to find the best solution. Unfortunately to the summer break in Germany there was a 2 month production delay about which he was due diligently informed. When the[redacted] of the business, finally called the customer that the wheels arrived, and that we would now be shipping them to compare and then return the previous testing wheels. The alleged initial set was with his consent shipped back to him for "testing" because we wanted to make sure that he knows how the performance would be when the new production wheels would arrive.But that is neither here or there, [redacted] this complaint was filed two days after we told him to ship everything back for a full refund.If the customer decides he wants to still have product, that is fine, then we proceed as all away along described. We don't have time to take individual pictures, and the[redacted] explained this to him. Her [redacted] who helped start the business is travelling lot and was held up in a storm which this customer didn't want to understand.Consumer's Final Response [redacted],I apologize for not getting back with you soon I wasn't feeling well I had food poisoning. Obviously this simple task cannot be handled by [redacted].
