Review: I'm really disappointed in your website this month and would like to cancel service. This isn't the first time I've had a problem trying to log on. I would also like to be paid back for Dec. service, seeing how I am unable to use it. Response:I'm looking at your account and it seems that you watched quite a few videos over the past few months. Have you downloaded any to your computer? Your account was suspended for downloading. I can reactivate your account as a courtesy and will stay active for the remaining balance of your membership. We really do appreciate your business and we're sorry to see you go. We try to resolve any issues in a timely manner.I cannot issue a credit for December. This is the first time you e-mailed about issue logging in and it's the end of the month.Thanks, [redacted]No, I havent downloaded any videos. Seems to me that this site is a scam. When your service doesnt work blame the customer? Also when was my last log on, before tonight? Im pretty sure it was in Nov. I also logged in today and was unable to use the site. My last login was in Nov. Which brings me to the point, your site has not worked and I would like a refund. If I was suspended? When did this happen? Why would I be charged for something I obviously could not use? I would call it fraud to charge for a service you no longer provide? What am I paying for? If you choose to keep the money, please take the $10 and try to find something that makes you happy. You must need it more than I do.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded!
