[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Mr. W [redacted] needs to except the fact that his company made a mistake and provide my vouchers at no additional charge. And the $59 dollars where only offered as a way to get rid of this BBB Complaint. During the time periods of the business transactions there were turnover of people that I had contact with at TrainAce. So they were not reachable. And other staff never took responsibility to make sure that my transaction went smooth without me emailing a number times, calling a lot, and ultimately just showing up at the office unexpectedly. There was never a real onboarding process for me dealing with TrainAce. Never was I told "Your vouchers have been ordered. They expire in a year." After completing the class TrainAce could not even provide me a copy of the so called vouchers that they had for me that expired. So for all we know these vouchers were never ordered. My questions to John is - If TrainAce ordered vouchers on my behalf why should I have to request them? Why would TrainAce not send them to me and notify me that they are expiring? Also why are these vouchers not ordered upon completing the class? Why were they handed to me and a packing to getting me going properly for these classes. There is no fault on my part expect picking TrainAce as my training location. After taking the class and trying to retrieve my vouchers I also found out that I was marked down as "Auditing the class". Which means that I took the class before and wanted to sit in another one. This was my first time taking the Net+ class. And that is when the vouchers should have been ordered.$59 is not a lot of money. But TrainAce needs not to take advantage of their paying customers. If your company makes a mistake own up to that mistake. And fix that mistake. Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] requested the vouchers be provided to him within the 12 months we certainly would have done so. However, as stated in my original response, to the best of my knowledge he never requested the vouchers be provided to him. We went from September of 2015 to March of 2016 never hearing from **. [redacted] and then again from March of 2016 until he contacted me in January of 2017. Certainly there is fault that can be laid on both **. [redacted] and on us. That is why I believe that I have made a very fair offer to provide him with 2 [redacted] A+ vouchers and 1 [redacted] Net+ for $59.00. The cost of these vouchers to us is $704. John W
