The client began classes on 08-29-2014with a payment plan. It has need researched and uncovered she did not successfully complete all coursework within the one year time frame given to herShe was required to complete all assignments successfully and pass all quizzesShe did not do this within her allotted one year time frame.
She did have an option many times during her last days to extend her time by days and did not take advantage of this option.
She was notified many times to extend her time by days before the expiration date if you would not be able to successfully complete in one year and that the program could not override this system once you expiredThis notification was sent to her via email by her assigned instructor on more than two occasions, by the administrative team specifically to her on more than two occasions and also through our automated "one month to go - extend now" emailShe was also informed of this in our monthly newsletter and her announcements page she sees each and every time she signs inAdditionally her siscreen turns bright red and states it is time to extend during her last days of classes to avoid this very situationSince she did not extend your time prior to expiration of her classes and her account with CDAclass.org has expired before she successfully completed all coursework - including passing all quizzesShe is strongly encouraged to continue with her original goal to obtain the CDA credential coursework with our organizationTo do so she should please go to www.cdaclass.orgShe will begin the class again, submit all assignments for review and completed within the one year time frame to receive the official certificate of completionSincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:
I disagree with the company respond as they are providing false statement. I have kept every email sent to me by CDA from day one. Yes I was a student since October2014 But I am also a single mother of five paying $160.00 a month and did not have the opportunity to purchase a book of $85.00 at the time. I waited for the time I had enough money to purchase this book I see nothing wrong with this. I have enough time to complete my "program" as it expires in OCTOBER 2015, which means that there was no mandatory date to purchase my book. Secondly they want to provide you with a tracking number of my TEXT book when I never received this email nor tracking number until after I called them to the attention that I had not received my textbook, prior to this they called me stating that I had to pay a $15.00 reshipping fee because of failure to deliver. Thirdly I purchase my book March 4, 2015 I was told by Jennifer that my book will take approximately two weeks to arrive that being said I should've received my text-book No later than March 24th, 2015 I never received not even a sticky note from the USPS or [redacted] regarding the delivery or to attempt to re-deliver, CDA never sent me an email in regards to this matter, not even letting me know that the book was back in their possession. My Bank Statement sates the following :([redacted] PA
3/4 DEBIT CARD PURCHASE, [redacted], AUT [redacted] DDA) $80.00. Also I am copying and pasting the email sent to me from CDA on March 26 that my book was unable to deliver this email was sent to me prior to my conversation with Jennifer on March 25th 2015. I believe CDA is using false statements in order to keep my money. YES I did sign the agreement but that was when I believed that they would comply with their side of their agreement by prioritizing their students. I have spoken many times to Jennifer and Stephanie in regards to this matter and neither of them remember my situation I have to repeatedly had to explain to them the matter of my case. This is very un professional on their behalf the receptionist always are taking notes, and I never get a call back until the next day or if I do its after working hours, with private numbers. Any institution should call with a call back number. All I m asking is for my refund they can keep the registration fee of $50.00 But I have rights to obtain this money ONLY because of their irresponsibility. Why should I keep my end of the agreement and not them ??? at the end of the day it is my money that was put into this program !!! THANK YOU

It's the other way around. I need to get the renewal not the class.  I'm still at a loss of $800.00. Did you get the part about hitting the wrong button.  I may look into that with my lawyer, I'm pretty illiterate with computers. This should be taken into consideration, considering it was a $800,00 error at just a push of a button.

Just finished my CDA classes. It was really good taking the classes. My instructor for my classes helped me a lot. Real positive experience and I am going to open my own day care by the end of this year!
